Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in two languages (English Sinhala or Tamil)
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Good telephone manner & voice quality
  • Minimum 3 passes at the G.C.E. A/L or G.C.E. O/L with Higher educational quality certification
  • Computer literacy and keyboard sills
  • The candidate should preferably reside within 15km radius from Colombo.
