Executive - Human Resources
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in various HR administration activities such as attending to employee concerns and grievances and liaising with relevant companies in the group
- Engage in and assist the HR team throughout the entire recruitment process
- Attend to employee welfare activities, all communication activities of various events
- Coordinate various employee development programmes, internship programmes and other related programmes
Candidate Profile:
- Three passes at the G.C.E. A/L
- Degree / Professional Qualification in Business Management / HR or Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Effective communication in both English and Sinhala and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
