• Passionate about customer service and customer experience enhancement
• Possessing 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call centre operations
• Diploma / Degree holder in Mass communication, Public relations or Business Management
• Fluent in English, Sinhala (ability to converse in Tamil would definitely be an advantageous)
