Executive - Human Resources
Job Profile:
- Monitor and manage the Employee Attendance System
- Handling all payroll related activities
- Attending all employee EPF/ETF related matters
- Drafting employee credence letters
- Managing the Employee Exit Process
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in HR / Business Administration or a professional qualification in HRM from a recognised institute
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar capacity
- Experience in handling payroll is mandatory
- Pleasing personality and good communication skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and capability to perform under pressure
- Computer literacy
- Preferably below 30 years of age
