Customer Services Officer

Location: Maharagama / Boralasgamuwa / Wellawatta / Tissamaharama

The Mobile Sector of Softlogic Holdings PLC is looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to be a part of the Franchise Sales Team for below locations.

Job Description:

  • Promotion & Sales of Dialog Axiata / SIL services including Post Paid, Pre-Paid, Unit, CDMA, Broad Band and Billing and value added services (VAS)
  • Activation and deactivation of connections, and VAS as per the billing and customer service procedures laid down by Dialog Axiata
  • Providing the accurate advice and information to customers in relation to connections and phones / accessories and services either by telephone or at the counters
  • Carryout customer verifications as prescribed in the verification procedures provided by Dialog Axiata
  • Handle customer complaints and channel them to the Head Office if required as per the set policies and procedures and guidelines laid down by Dialog Axiata
  • Provide information for customer queries on Activation and deactivation of connections, VAS and Billing
  • Preparation of daily sales summaries & other reports required by the Management of SIL
  • Handling cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits
  • Compute sales prices, total purchase and receive, process cash or credit payment and Inventory stock and requisition new stock

Person Profile:

  • Age between 18 - 30 years
  • Preferably passed G.C.E. A/L
  • Passion for Sales, Outgoing Personality, Ability to Multi-task
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in Customer Service / Sales will be preferred
  • Should possess an excellent command of English, both oral and written and must be computer literate
