Trainee Technician - ICT Support
We are looking for keen individual to join our dynamic team attached to the Engineering Division, Candidates must have a strong desire to learn and be willing to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic level troubleshooting and repair on Desktop Computers and associated peripherals
- Install, upgrade and support Windows 7x / 8x and MS Office and any other authorised application software
- Perform general preventive maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripherals as per given schedule
Qualifications & Other Requirements:
- Completion of a certificate course in Computer Hardware at a recognised Technical College or Vocational Training Institute is an advantage (candidates who require to complete in-plant training as Computer Technicians also can be considered)
- Willingness to improve the knowledge while performing duties
- Willingness to travel when necessary
- Age below 26 years
