Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest operator of star class hotels with a portfolio of over 2000 rooms divided among three city hotels and eleven resort hotels, situated in prime locations in Sri Lanka and Maldives.

We invite applications from suitably qualified individual for the post of Sales Executive. The selected candidate will report to the Manager - Sales and will be based at the Corporate Office.

Sales Executive 

Sales Executive will be responsible for:

• Handling key accounts, handling all relevant correspondence and achieving planned corporate sales targets
• Planning sales calls and sales visits on a weekly basis and efficiently following up with the corporate clients
• Building and maintaining a healthy rapport with all clients
• Updating of hotel rates and contracts with clients
• Conducting effective competitor analysis
• Communicate with customers, management, and colleagues and provide clear concise and accurate information

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess minimum of 2 years experience in sales
• Be a creative and innovative thinker who can bring thoughts to actions with speed
• Work independently, show initiative, provide direction, manage multiple tasks and prioritise assignments
• Be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
