The products are backed by an experienced, trained and fully quipped installation and after sales service units. Company is a major suppliers to the industry and caters to Projects range from Hotels, Banks and Embassies to Government Institutions, Corporate offices and more. We are looking for dynamic individuals to join with us in following position. Manager - Showroom
Location: Colombo
The Role:
- Approach customers arriving at the Delmege Showroom, assist the customers with any enquiries and attempt to understand the customer's needs
- He/she should be able to provide required specifications / information of products within the showroom, in order to complete a sale
- Draw customer's attention to key features of a product and to negotiate on sale as appropriate
- Involve in cashing potential sales opportunities, as well as contacting previous customers to check their satisfaction with their purchase
- Manage showroom staff and the day today showroom operations
- Handle relevant documentation and record maintenance
The Individual:
- Possess minimum 5 years of selling experience in Interior & Furniture products and 2 year senior level experience in a showroom
- Exposure to architects & contractors int he field
- Possess professional qualification in Sales & Marketing would be a definite advantage
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Relationship building, convincing and negotiation skills
- IT literacy
- Age below 40 years
