Executive - Customer Service
Requirements:
- A passion for service excellence
- Strong command in written & spoken English & excellent interpersonal skills
- A career aspiration in the field of logistics
Qualification & Experience:
- A degree or professional qualification related to logistics & supply chain will be an added advantage
- 4-5 years' experience in logistics trade
Responsibilities of the position:
- Building and Maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Shipment follow-up & execution
- Source development information
- Updating & maintaining daily status reports
- Handle operations and information flow to the customers
