Executive - Customer Service

Requirements:

  • A passion for service excellence
  • Strong command in written & spoken English & excellent interpersonal skills
  • A career aspiration in the field of logistics

Qualification & Experience:

  • A degree or professional qualification related to logistics & supply chain will be an added advantage
  • 4-5 years' experience in logistics trade

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Building and Maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Shipment follow-up & execution
  • Source development information
  • Updating & maintaining daily status reports
  • Handle operations and information flow to the customers
