Call Centre Staff (Recoveries Department)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calling
  • Negotiate and work towards specified goals
  • Manage and Resolve customer complaints

Attributes & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in Recoveries
  • Should have passed G.C.E. A/L
  • Knowledge in MS Excel / Word
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil with strong customer service orientation
  • Should be prepared tow work on Roster basis
  • Age below 27
