The Colombo Fort Hotels LTD (holding company of Sigiriya Village-Sigiriya, The Palms-Beruwala, Club Palm Bay-Marawila & Fisherman's Bay-Weligama) is in search of suitably qualified, dedicated individual for immediate employment at The Palms.

Food & Beverage Manager

The ideal candidate should have minimum of 5 years experience in a 4 to 5 star class resort hotel in a similar capacity. He must be a graduate of a recognized hotel school in Sri Lanka, or abroad specializing in Food & Beverage operations and should be fluent in English with good communications skills. Fluency in a foreign language, ability to work in a computerized environment and reasonable experience and knowledge in the kitchen operations will be distinct advantages.
