Requirements:

• Following degree / professional qualification in Human Resources Management at a recognised institute
• Passed G.C.E. A/L in commerce / arts stream with two "Credit" passes OR completed G.C.E. A/L in mathematics / biology stream with tow passes
• Passed G.C.E. O/L with "Credit" passes for English language and Mathematics
• Experience working in a dynamic and challenging work environment would be an advantage
• A good command of English language with good English writing skills. Ability to converse in another language would be an advantage
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office package is essential
