Contact Centre Specialist
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the bank, finance or service industry preferably with the exposure to similar operation
Special Skills:
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written
- Excellent knowledge in Telephone etiquette
- Analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Profile:
- Ensure that a consistently high level of service is provided to all customers reaching the Call Centre
- Ensure that highest customer call quality is maintained throughout all customer interactions as stipulated by the Bank service standards
- Ensure that all Internal Business Systems and processes are followed when dealing with clients
- Suggest any improvements to processes in order to streamline processes
- Coordinate with other support functions and provide the best possible solution to customer
- Identify sales leads and cross sell other bank products at every opportunity
- Ensure up-to-date product / process knowledge is a acquired and maintained through dedicated self learning
