The Colombo Fort Hotels LTD (holding company of Sigiriya Village-Sigiriya, The Palms-Beruwala, Club Palm Bay-Marawila & Fisherman's Bay-Weligama) is in search of suitably qualified, dedicated individual for immediate employment at The Palms.

Executive Chef

• To oversee and give direction to the kitchen staff and be able to create good quality menus which are cost effective.
• Willing to work under pressure during high occupancy periods.
• Should be able to work independently, management multiple task and work along with the F&B Department.
• Should be innovative and be able to introduce new global trends in the culinary field.
• Should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel and the age should be between 30-45 years.
• Applicants qualified from a recognized Hotel School will be considered favourably.
