Administration Executive

Job Profile:

  • Maintain relationships with quality vendors
  • Maintain transport schedules, vehicle movements and responsible for vehicle maintenance on time
  • Responsible for purchasing / hiring of fixed assets and related maintenance
  • Maintain all office equipment / asset on a timely manner
  • Assist for Lease / rental agreements for Buildings / vehicles etc
  • Responsible for Fleet insurance, fire insurance and insurance related activities
  • Manage administration related requirements for company events
  • Coordinate and provide administration support to the HOD

Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably below 35 years of age
  • A Diploma / Degree in a relevant discipline obtained from a recognised institute
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Office Administration functions will be an added advantage
  • Computer literacy & knowledge on MS Office is mandatory
  • Fluency in English / Sinhala
