Executive - Promotions

Responsibilities:
The selected candidate would be responsible for conducting market research, identifying event opportunities for promotions, evaluating sponsorship proposals, planning events, ensuring compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations, carrying out publicity campaign for events, handling inquiries and follow up, conducting pre and post event evaluations.

Requirements:

• BCom Degree/BSc in Event Management or related field from a recognised institution
• 2-3 years' working experience in event management field
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and report writing skills
• Strong management and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, colleagues and suppliers
• Sales skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently
