Customer Service Executive

We are on the lookout for a young self-motivated individual who has the passion and commitment to provide our customers with an exceptional service. The candidate will be required to serve our customers in attending calls and inquiries to ensure customers bookings and traces are actioned as per network standards and to provide a competent, courteous, efficient and proactive point of contact for customers both internal and external. You will also be responsible in helping to achieve revenue targets through effectively promoting and selling DHL's products, together with value added services.

Job Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills in English in Sinhalese
  • Passed the G.C.E. O/L
  • Age between 18-28
  • Excellent Computer Literacy
  • Selected candidates should be flexible to work on rosters and on holidays when the situation demands
  • Experience in a similar capacity would be a distinct advantage

The selected candidate can look forward to a very attractive remuneration package above the market average couple with a lucrative incentive scheme.
