Trainee Support Engineers

Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Handling:

  • Understanding the customer and building customer relationships
  • Conducting user training and attending to customer issues

Software Development:

  • Analyze, Design and develop Quality software according to the product/ Maintenance / project requirements within the given time period
  • Review the product releases and implement the correct release


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Information Technology
  • Knowledge of .Net programming, SQL Server, Crystal Report, Visual Basic
  • Experience in RDBMS

Skills & Personal Characteristics:

  • Dynamic, self- motivated individual with can-do attitude and an outgoing personality.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills excellent interpersonal skills.
