Guest Service Agent

He/She will be responsible in:

  • Welcome guests and handle guest complaints
  • Have a better knowledge of VIPs & regular customers
  • Assist to maintain a high standard of regular guest service in the front office
  • Identify and handle guest related issues

The ideal candidate must possess more than 2 years of guest relations experience in Front Office in a star class hotel. Hospitality related professional qualification specialised in front office functions is added advantage
