Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Handle Customer inquiries while identifying & escalating Priority Issues
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Organise work-flow to meet customer satisfaction
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Maintain a good level of Customer Relationship
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Maintain records to customer interactions and transactions

Key Competencies:

  • Good proficiency in English, Written and Spoken Communication Skills
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a Call Centre or Front Office Operation will be an advantage
  • Professional Personality with demonstrated commitment to provide excellent Customer experience
  • Good Team player with optimistic interpersonal skills and attentiveness
  • Be friendly, charismatic, punctual and energetic.
