Credit Control Officer

You should have:

• Should have good A/Ls in Accountancy and Business Studies
• Qualification in accountancy or credit management would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Exposure to Microsoft Office package particularly in Excel
• Ability to ride a motorbike with valid license

Job Responsibilities:

• To monitor and ensure that customers are billed in a timely manner with highest accuracy for the services received / used
• Follow up with Customers and collect the payment within the specified period
• Build a rapport to understand the individual customer's payment authorisation process to manage the debtor's profile effectively
• Coordinate with relevant parties internally and externally to resolve any billing disputes ability to interact the decision makers in varied disciplines.
