The ideal candidate should:

• Be a dynamic, systematic and results oriented individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment
• Have a sound academic performance at G.C.E. A/L examinations and a full or part qualification in HR from a recognised institute
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Have experience in the use of MS Office
