Junior Executive - Operations

Job Role:

  • Maintain records of all advisor related KPIs
  • Follow up and record the progress
  • Coordinate with training department and ensure all training programmes are taking place according to schedule
  • Inform relevant stakeholders regarding scheduled trainings
  • Coordinate with central monitoring unit and make sure all letters are dispatched on time

Prerequisites:

  • Qualified in A/Ls
  • Computer literacy
  • Fair knowledge of English
