HR & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and schedule interviews
  • Assist in all recruitment requirements
  • Develop and maintain the filing system
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Handle VISA documentation and coordination
  • Assist in all administrative work

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an HR and administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
