HR Assistant - Recruitment (Male)
In order to meet the challenges that have arisen with the rapid growth of our business, we hare looking for experienced, energetic self-motivated individuals who meet the following requirements to join our cluster based on Mount Spring Water (Pvt) Ltd in Kelaniya. There are vacancies for the above positions for immediate engagement depending on the competencies of the suitable candidates who look for a careers with us.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in the day-to-day operations of the recruitment process
- Identify suitable profile to the requirements and assist in recruitment
- Identify appropriate sourcing channels for all profile and maintain a database
- Schedule and conduct interviews for the company
Requirements:
- Successfully completed in HR Certificate Level
- Should have good communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
- Good interpersonal skills
- IT literacy
- Age below 26
