Customer Relations Assistant - Call Centre

Job Profile:

  • Handling overdue contracts and negotiate payment plans
  • Follow-up an overdue contracts
  • Achieving monthly targets expected by the Management

Personal and Skills Profile:

  • Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar capacity with a recognised Financial Institution is a pre requisite for this position
  • Good knowledge in English both oral & written and must be computer literate
  • Age should be between 20-24 years
  • Preference will be given to those who are with high interpersonal skills and a team player who can work well with the team

The post requires the selected candidate to implement a precise operation of all processes in the LOLC recoveries division in the Region.
