The Job:
- Contact current customer base to follow up repayment of facilities granted
- Developing and maintaining Customer Relationships
- Generation of new business by promoting the company products and services
The Person:
- Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L
- Previous experience in call centre would be an added advantage
- Customer Centric Attitude with professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure
