Division 1 of Data Management System (Pvt) Ltd specialises in system Integration and providing ICT Solutions to customers in Sri Lanka and Overseas.

As part of our service we also provide IT Helpdesk Management and Support services to our clients. We are looking for dynamic personnel desiring a rewarding career in the ICT industry who wish to work in providing IT support services.

Help Desk Support Executives (Help Desk Group)

Applicants should be under 26 years and have a Degree / Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification from a recognised Institution and Microsoft Certifications in one or more products.

The selected candidates would become a member of the Division's Help Desk Team with responsibility to provide support services to Customer Staff in the use of their IT systems / operations at the Helpdesk's located at customer sites.

Previous experience in maintaining Microsoft server and desktop products will be an advantage.

General:

  • All applicants to the above positions should have a good command of English language
  • Selected candidates will be given training to fulfil their job descriptions
  • All the above positions include comprehensive Medical Insurance on confirmation
