Customer Service Assistant

Location: Deposits Department - Head Office, Colombo 2

  • Candidate will be responsible for maintaining a higher standard in all Customer care functions and smooth flow of administrative functions.
  • Necessary training will be provided for the selected candidate.

Applicant should:

  • possess G.C.E. A/L qualifications and G.C.E. O/L qualifications with credit passes for English language and Mathematics
  • be a good team player with ability to maintain good working relationships
  • be hardworking and efficient with excellent time management skills
  • possess Excellent computer literacy and PR skills
  • be fluent in English language
  • have continuous focus and attention in coping with all relevant job areas
  • be between 18-25 years

School leavers are also encouraged to apply and previous working experience in a financial institution on Customer Care will be an added advantage.
