- Preparation of pre-shipment and post-shipment documents (Invoice/GSP/CO/Cusdec etc)/submission of Final instructions
- Updating the details in the systems
- Communication with the internal and external parties
- Knowledge in shipments documentation
- A working knowledge of MS excel
- Good communication skills - in written and spoken English.
- You should also have the ability to manage timelines and be a results oriented person with the ability to work independently
- Meeting deadlines
