Executive - Finance Administration

The ideal candidate should possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification and a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Management from reputed institute. A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar capacity is essential to perform this role. Excellent, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, ability to work within a team and ability to meet deadlines are key competencies sought.

Main duties & responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the Finance division annual event calendar
  • Preparing reports, letters, memos and presentations
  • Coordinating with Sri Lankan Hotel Accountants on various requests
  • Maintaining reports pertaining to Hotel Managements
  • Guiding and assisting new members of the division
