Human Resources Intern
Scope:
- Facilitate human resources processes and paperwork relating to recruitment, selection, performance management, learning and development and employee relations
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives toward a positive work environment
- Responsible for scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
- Assist with safety and wellness initiatives
- Coordinate the delivery of training programmes
- Provide support on new-hire onboarding process
- Plan and organise staff welfare and recreation events
Profile:
- Sound Academic Background; a qualification in Human Resources will be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and computer literacy are a must
- Knowledgeable in Human Resources practices and principles
- Ability to interface with employees in a positive and helpful manner
- Well organised with god time management skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and coordinate with a diverse team of colleagues of all levels
- A very well presented and a self driven individual
- Ability to travel when required
