HR Officer - Recruitment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience in handling Recruitment & election function in a reputed organization
• Part qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English is mandatory
• Computer literacy (good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word)
• A team oriented individual

Role:
The selected incumbent will play a key role in the HR department by being responsible for recruitment process by proactively build talent pool, sourcing suitable profiles, coordinate staff recruitment and selection process, generate recruitment related reports and othe rallied functions.
