Recovery Officer

Job Description:

• Coordinate with customers (Corporates / Finance Companies / Dealers) to follow up on outstanding payments
• Plan and Coordinate routine recovery process effectively and efficiently. This will require regular customer visits for collection
• Inform irregularities and coordinate with the relevant internal divisions to resolve discrepancies
• Regular reporting on effectiveness and efficiency of the collections to the Head of Recoveries
• Ensure proper records are extracted and maintained for the collection process, such as corrections and recoveries

Applicant's Profile:

• Passed G.C.E. A/L
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
• A hardworking dynamic team player between the age of 25-40
• Having a valid motorcycle riding license
