Front Office Assistant
Job Role:
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notify Company personnel of visitor arrival, handle internal & external telephone communication on the PABX system, Receive letters from postal, distribute & maintain letter register.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Possess minimum of 1 year's work experience in customer service / front office
- Excellent team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and self motivated to thrive in a challenging work environment
- Effective listening skills and time management skills
- Fair knowledge in email and MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Age below 35 years
