Call Centre Representatives (Life Insurance)

Location: Janashakthi Corporate Office, Colombo 09

• To be a champion in this role, you will need to possess:
• Have a good command in English & Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage)
• Be a confident communicator! You should be able to speak in a clear and professional manner under any varying situations
• Be outgoing, positive personality with "can do" attitude
• Have a genuine passion for Customer Service
• Be willing to work on Sunday's & Sunday's and on a shift basis if required
• Have some previous exposure working in a cal centre will be a distinct advantage!
