We are currently on the lookout for an:

Accounts Assistant

Requirements:

• G.C.E. A/L qualifications
• Part qualification in CIMA, Chartered Accountancy, ACCA or AAT
• Basic knowledge in handling accounting systems specifically ERP system would be an added advantage
• Minimum one year's experience in handling accounts receivable and recoveries
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Highly organised and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated and outgoing

Job Role:

• Preparation of Management Information reports on pending customer payments & recoveries
• Assist sales staff in payment collection from customers in a timely manner
• Assist the Divisional Head in all aspects of accounting and finance
