Call Centre Customer Care Executive

Job Profile:

  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Follow up and recording calls
  • Distribute the sales inquiries to the respective team within 24 hours
  • Direct the customer complaints to the respective team with a proper record
  • Prepare weekly / monthly inquiry table
  • Analysis and present the inquiry sources (as per the AD / promotions / tie ups / road shows / word of mouth )

Candidate's Profile:

  • Educational qualifications : A/L as minimum
  • Working Experience : Minimum 2 years
  • Technical & Professional knowledge : Preferably with touch of telephone techniques
  • Skills : Speaking 2-3 languages
