Manager - Human Resources

Location: Kohuwala - Nugegoda.

Key Requirements:

  • A Degree holder in Human Resources Management from a recognised university
  • 3 to 5 years' of hands on experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and good interpersonal skills
  • Should have a sound knowledge in current labour law & practices
  • All other HR & Admin related matters from time to time
  • Superior interpersonal, planning and prioritising skills
  • Identifying manpower requirements and initiate various strategies to fulfil the requirements
