Customer Care Executive

  • Should possess at least 3 passes at the G.C.E. A/L
  • A professional qualification would be a distinct advantage
  • 3 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
  • Fluency in Sinhala and English is a must, while knowledge of Tamil would be a definite advantage

In addition, the candidate should posses the following traits:

  • Should demonstrate commitment and a high degree of responsibility towards his/her role at the hospital
  • Have a pleasant and friendly personality and be customer-oriented at all times
  • Excellent decision-making skills and ability to make sound value-judgments
  • Should be open-minded, flexible and possess leadership qualities
  • Should be able to delegate, motivate and instruct effectively
  • Should possess a high level of discipline and organizing skills, be hardworking and methodical
  • Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a team of public relations officers through motivation and monitoring
  • Should be able to solve problems in high pressure situations
