Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales

You will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients in the public and private sector and develop and implement business strategies to drive the hospital's products and services with them effectively. You will also maintain and develop existing corporate accounts effectively to increase hospital corporate marketshare to achieve set annual revenue targets, planning & implementing marketing campaigns, administering and performing annual contracts and other related documentation.

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a Degree in Marketing / Business Administration from a recognised institute / full or part Qualification in CIM / SLIM
• Have minimum 8 years related experience out of which a minimum of 3 years should be in similar capacity
• Strong relationships with Medical consultants of all specialities and Corporate will be an added advantages
• Be a confident negotiator with strong client management skills
• Be capable of hands on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions for diverse business problem
• Be initiative and pay close attention to detail
• Have strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills
• Have positive attitude to deal with people, capable of working independently, and take responsibility as an individual
• A sound understanding of the SL and Regional hospital marketing sector would be a distinct advantage
