Customer Care Officer

Customer Care Officer plays a key role in Front Office by delivering quality service to welcome patients / customers and handle the main telephone board in a courteous manner.

Job Profile:

  • Welcome all customers / patients in a courteous manner and direct them to the respective division / units promptly
  • Measure the received calls / inquiries 100% promptly, accurate and professionally
  • Attend to customer / patients / staff queries promptly
  • Assist in Marketing & PR duties as assigned
  • Keep immediate supervisor well informed of activities, result of efforts and problems identified

Eligibility Requirement:

  • O/L & A/L
  • Diploma in computing
  • God communication skills in the English language
  • Quick learner & a good team player
  • Age should be below 30 years
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Receptionist or a Customer Care could be an added advantage
