Customer Care Assistants

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • The ideal individuals must be team players, with the determination to take up challenges and work in a competitive environment
  • A sound educational foundation with G.C.E. O/L and A/L exams to back you up while good command of English language is a necessity. Fluency in Sinhala and knowledge of Tamil will also be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills combined with people handling techniques expected
  • Computer literacy in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is a necessity
  • School leavers may also apply, however candidates with previous experience in a similar capacity will be given preference
  • Male candidates below 30 years of age

Selected candidates may look forward to an attractive remuneration package with starting salary of Rs.20,000/- along with annual bonuses, reimbursement of medical expenses, hospitalization insurance for the family and other perks.
