Senior Executive - HR

Location: Ragama

Job Profile:

  • An individual well exposed to the value stream of HR, from on boarding to off boarding
  • Should ensure the implementation of HR policies whilst identifying practical issues in the execution process. The individual should be able to motivate and engage employees through structured initiatives.
  • Responsible for planning on the acquisition of competent talent by working closely with the head of HR to plan on succession planning and talented development.
  • Building on strong employer branding through working with cross functional teams of the hospital to support in attracting proficient talent

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Degree in Management or a professional qualification in HR
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the HR field and prior experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage
  • Ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills and technical skills directly related to HR management
  • Individual should be hard working and be a dynamic team player
