Trainee Branch Manager

(Singer Plus/SISIL World Showrooms)

Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the branch's day-to-day business activities, the ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial mindset. Applicants should be mature individuals between the age of 30 - 40 years, with knowledge of hire-purchase, inventory management, customer care, visual merchandising and marketing activities. Strong people management skills will be critical to success.

Selected candidates will be charged with achieving aggressive monthly sales targets, maintaining a stringent recovery ratio, managing inventory and independently leading a motivated team.

A security deposit of Rs.150,000 will be required of successful applicants, as proof of financial strength. You can look forward to a six-figure monthly income, inclusive of incentives and commissions. Selected candidates will undergo extensive training with exposure to all sales and administrative functions of a retail store.
