Trainee Operations Executive
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for allocated Vessels / Principals and cover / attend to all their operational requirements
- Follow the timelines in day to day operations as specified in the operational and manual to ensure prompt communication with the Principals
- Close liaison with the respective departments / base offices and services providers
- To follow the checklist and execute the entrusted duties in accordance with the procedure outlined in the operation manual
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree and / Professional or part qualification from the Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers (ICS) or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office packages
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Be a team player with good analytical skills
