Reservations Manager

• Previous experience within a similar role in the past 10 years within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure of deadlines and an ability to adapt quickly to change.
• A commitment to maintain confidentiality of employee, client and business data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of employees and senior leadership.
• Experience in leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding results in a demanding environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
