HR Executive

Location: Dankotuwa Factory

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years' work experience in a similar capacity with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification from a reputed institute is essential to perform this role. Employee oriented, organising, communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of English, passion for learning, ability to meet deadlines, computer literacy, ability to work within a team and ability to work under pressure are key competencies sought. Candidates below 30 years of age are preferred.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Maintain the HRIS and guide employees on day to day activities and address issues
  • Ability to carry out all tasks pertaining to computation, preparation of salaries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Payroll reconciliation, validation & transaction update
  • Tax calculation (PAYE, EPF & ETF) & preparation of statutory reports
  • Update, monitor time and attendance, leave records and personal files of employees
  • Help to resolve people related issues in the factory level and provide quick HR services
  • Provides day to day performance management guidance / manpower utilisation reports and indicators to the management
  • Work closely with the line managers and employees to improve work relationships
  • Responsible for employee onboarding plan, process, activities and follow-up
  • Attend disciplinary related matters in the office and factory
  • Manage safety, health and environment activities of the factory
  • Organise employee welfare and engagement activities
