Night Auditor

Scope:

• Check all backups of transactions (Credit Card Bills & City ledger / F&B Documents / Other Payments)
• Check whether all the Food & Beverage and other revenues are completely posted by the system accurately - serial order checking
• All the outlet bills / banquets bills to be checked with Food & Beverage summary & function prospectus details
• Check & tally all other revenues (Sports centre, telephone, Biz centre, Spa, laundry / Valet) with the system
• Check all the Front Office Credit Card slips with Credit Card Audit Reports
• Check balance Debtors / Cash & City ledger Outlet Postings & Payments
• Check & tally all the credit card outlet postings with relevant PM accounts & clear the account daily (Visa / Master  / AMEX)
• Preparing the Night Audit check list & getting the authorisation from the Night Manager

Profile:

1. Previous experience in similar capacity with a sound audit background would be an added advantage
2. Be able to work flexible hours based on operational needs
3. Should be an excellent team player with good interacting and networking skills especially with other departments
4. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
5. Be able to carryout tasks independently with minimum supervision
6. Should consider attention to detail in order to ensure high degree of accuracy at all levels
7. Should possess a great deal of common sense and intelligence
