Customer Service Executive

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive shipment details from cusdec submission desk and enter shipment details into the in-house system & booking register
  • Maintaining FCL and follow up on container deposit refund payment on behalf of the customer
  • Communicate with transporters to obtain FCL forms
  • Invoicing the end customer (local/international/principal)
  • Correspondence with client to finalise invoices
  • Coordinate with wharf team on day to day activities
  • Data entry (job opening / payment voucher / customer invoice / supplier payments / job closure)
  • Prepare and delivery original documents to the customer
  • Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports as per Management requirement

Qualification & Skills:

  • Passed G.C.E. A/L
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Proficiency in MS Office functions
  • English language proficiency (written & spoken)
  • Strong customer service mindset
